new world
i got l'arc~en~ciel's new pv, new world. i have listened to the song's sample before. this time tetsu's bass play is melodic and noticable and ken's guitar is somewhat playing in the backgound, just like the old times. it's the kind of song i've been waiting for.
can't wait to get the single release on 6th april. i think it will hit no. 1 again on japanese charts.
what i don't really like is that their recent songs style tends to be american rock although they are still good. i know they must evolve to survive but i hope they can reinvent their old style, which is godly (IMHO).
about the pv itself, usual l'arc stuff. tipical l'arc pv, i have not much to say. when i saw killing me's pv, i thought it's not typically l'arc because the background was very studio while l'arc usually have weird background. but towards the end, when the background broke down and showed the weird things, i realized it's so their style.

what you see is not always what you get
addition to the title: especially from behind
when walking to bus stop from my office, in front of me was a girl. the way she walked made me thought the girl must be pretty. i think she walked like a model. and her hair was nice too. great job, hairstylist! my impression was that the girl was somewhat cool.
we eventually arrived at the bus stop and when boarding the bus, i took a peek at her face. to my shock... you can guess what heppened from this post's title, right?
3 days straight holiday, yeah. just what i need!

malaysian gp. great, eventually i was able to see some action after the boring australian gp. the most exciting part was the battle between fisi, webber, and heidfield. damn cool. too bad fisi & webber crashed in the end. but that's good for schumi, hehe.. i bet the sluggish ferrari will force to bring their new car in bahrain. they are lacking behind too much. but maybe it is the tyres which is not good. it makes sense because the testing miles for bridgestone is said to be only about 1/5 of michelin's. but fortunately ferrari can test their car more than the rest of the field. i hope they will improve soon.

talk the talk
i've already got a job since last monday. so far so good, but i'll have to learn many things so that i'm not let behind.
this is my first week and i've never eaten in the same place for lunch. my colleagues are so bored with the food around that they always went somewhere else, sometimes quite far. but not me, i'm just a new guy, i haven't even checked the food around. the blow was this friday when we had a lunch that cost 20 dollars each person. that's would be quite ok if not because of we ate indonesian food. the thing is, i can eat better tasting food in indonesia at half the price. that hurts the pocket of someone who hasn't even received his first salary, ouch..
i wanted to buy mp3 players to listen to music while going to work. but i realized that most of the time i sleep on the train, so i don't think i want it anymore. by the way, the new dir en grey album is great. love it! i also have all the l'arc singles now, heheh..
i watched south park season 9 eps 1 last night. i think it's not as funny as most south park eps. maybe because the eps is focusing on mr. garrison, not the kids.

first gp 2005
fisi wins! renault is strong, ferrari is still great too. ferrari can still manage 2nd position. for schumi, it's bad luck all the way. but looking at rubens' position, i can say that ferrari still have the power. they did this with their modified old car. what if the new car come in? domination again?
the pit stop is boring, not interesting. the mechanics just inspect the tyres. no fun at all :(
now, my prediction for this year's championship is.... schumi win again, yeahh.. no 2 is either rubens, someone from renault, or someone from mclaren. too broad for the 2nd position huh? that's a bit of unpredictable, but most likely for 2nd place is rubens if ferrari dominates, fisi if renault is strong enough, kimi if mclaren is strong.
i also play an f1 manager game.
i choose kimi as the driver, toyota as the chassis, mercedes as the engine, and michelin as the tyres. all not perfroming well except the tyres. ah.. should've chosen renault stuffs.

reunion
yesterday, i met a teacher from high school. she came here with a group from a university in indonesia. all paid trip, so nice, isn't it? i tried to meet her in the morning, but i was too late when i arrived. so i came back home and decided to study vb.net for my interview tomorrow.
guess what? visual studio .net need a lot of space on my hard drive and i ended up cleaning up a lot of space by burning some files. after many unsuccessful install caused by insufficient space in the c drive and deleting many unnecessary files from c drive, eventually the program was installed right. hell, i actually have much empty space at the other drive, but the program require some empty space on c drive. screw you, m$! it took me hours!
anyway, i went to see my my high school teacher at 5.30 pm. hm.. i thought i was going to go back home and continue the study, but i ended up went together with her and other friends from high school to have dinner in orchard. all in all, it's quite a nice night. but i chose the wrong food for dinner (^_^) it's an italian dish called alfredo or something like that. it's lacking in flavour, too plain and a bit salty. but maybe it's because i didn't add in some tomato sauce. isn't tomato sauce an important thing in italian dish?
i went back and arrived home at about 12.30 am. then, i tried my visual studio .net. it turned out to be quite simple and i actually like it. now i wonder which one should i learn, j2ee or .net.
Oil price hike
the oil price hike in indonesia is official starting today. the rise average is about 29%.
demonstration is going on everywhere. anarchy might happen. just hope the president can handle this or else he's losing his chair. that will be real bad for the country's stability.
childhish country or may i say ignorant? why protest the hike, it's for their own good. the money is used to help the poor. they should think for their own future. cheap living cost & staying poor forever or increase in living cost & gradual improvement in their economy.
but again, the extra money earned by the price hike might be corrupted by the
rats. they should protest the government to send the
rats to jail instead.
