3.2 km thursday
will i make it? ugh..today, ran 1.2, walked 0.8 and ran 1.2 kilo.
doesn't feel like i'm in total control.
according to target schedule, it should be 3.2 this thursday.
maybe it has to do with running 1 hour (or less) after eating.
coz last thurs, i didn't have my dinner, and i ruled the session, being able to sprint on the last 200 m.
